When you start a new company, offer a new product or service, jump into the unknown with both feet, you approach everything you do with focus and unbridled passion.
When we started this company in early 2006, we were full of optimism and excitement. We were breaking new ground. We were exploring new frontiers.
Those early days had their challenges. We were educating many of our prospects on what our technology could do, and how it would benefit them. We had limited cash and the sales were hard to come by. Luckily, our first customer took a chance on us. It wasn't an easy sale, but when the contract was signed, we focused on making their purchase experience an extraordinary one. This set the bar for everything we did moving forward.
Since that time, we've been on an incredible journey, with customers in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Today, we all bring the same energy and passion to everything we do. And we treat every project like it was our first. We're constantly looking for ways to improve on what we do, right down to the smallest details such as colour coded cable labels.
We've been very fortunate to be working in an industry where people work hard and care a lot - about their business and about the customer experience.
We love hearing stories about our customers securing new business in foreign language markets. This week we had a customer share with us that their ridership has increased from 45% to 75% in 9 short months. Amazing! This is motivational and inspires all of us at AudioConexus.
I felt compelled to write this post because we are sincerely grateful to be working in such a dynamic industry, with so many great people.
